This Privacy Policy describes how SpyEar ("we", "our", or "the App") handles your information when you use our mobile application.
android.permission.INTERNET). This means the App is technically incapable of sending any of your data, voice, or audio streams to external servers. All operations happen strictly locally on your device.
We believe in absolute privacy. The App does not collect, record, transmit, or store any personal data or audio inputs. Below is an explanation of the device permissions required and how they are used:
android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO)The App requires microphone permission to capture real-time audio inputs so that it can stream the audio live to your connected Bluetooth earbuds or headphones. This audio data is processed purely in volatile memory (RAM) in real-time, routed immediately to the audio output channel, and is never written to disk, saved, or uploaded.
android.permission.BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, android.permission.BLUETOOTH_SCAN)These permissions are required on Android 12 and above to find, connect, and stream audio to your Bluetooth wireless earbuds or headphones. We do not collect or share any Bluetooth device identifiers or connection history.
android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE, android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MICROPHONE)A foreground service is used to keep the audio streaming connection active when the app is minimized or the phone screen is locked. This ensures continuous, uninterrupted streaming. A persistent notification is shown while this service is running, which you can use to stop the service at any time.
Since we do not collect or store any information, we do not share, sell, trade, or transfer any data to third parties.
We value your trust in providing us access to your microphone. Because the App operates entirely offline and does not contain networking capabilities, your audio streams are secure from interception or unauthorized transmission from within the App.
Our App is safe for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
